Safety of our passengers is always priority #1 

Each tour begins with a safety brief from the Captain.

The boat is outfitted with 70+ commercially certified Type 1 PFD’s (life vests), more than enough for all of the adults and children we will ever have aboard.  (Children’s are sized to fit up to 80lbs).  Additionally, the vessel is equipped with all US Coast Guard required safety gear such as first aid, fire extinguishers, pyrotechnics, life ring, buoys and more.  The vessel is comfortably enclosed by a 40” high safety guardrail on all sides.  Our guests are walked along the dock with a crew member at all times and assisted on and off the vessel by the helping hands of our crew during embarkation and dis-embarkation.

• TIPS Certification
• The Responsible for Alcohol training course  
• Server Permits
• U.S. Citizens
• US Coast Guard Captain’s License
• Other specialty area license and permits
